4. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES (LIVE READINGS)

  • Advance Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking on our website.

  • Cancellation Window: You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session.

  • Late/No-Show Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session is forfeited without a refund.

  • Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to terminate a live session immediately if a client exhibits abusive, hostile, or inappropriate behavior, with no refund issued.

5. PRE-RECORDED READINGS AND EMAIL REPORTS

  • Delivery Timeline: Pre-recorded readings and email reports will be delivered to your provided email within 5-7 business days of booking.

  • Inaccurate Info: We are not responsible for delivery delays or chart errors caused by you providing an incorrect email address, birth date, time, or location.

6. DIGITAL DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

  • Immediate Access: Digital products (e-books, guides, recorded audio/video) are made available immediately upon payment confirmation.

  • Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital data, all downloadable product sales are strictly final and non-refundable.
